At D.Franklin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
